The founder, Mr. Ottmar Neugebauer has been involved in the development, manufacturing, and quality control of cosmetics, dietary supplements, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals since receiving his pharmacy license in 1988. Prior to founding DIARCOM Pharma, Mr. Neugebauer worked primarily as Director of R&D for major pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies. He was responsible for numerous new product launches for large retail clients across Europe.
Alongside his professional work, he was a lecturer in cosmetic science at the University of Hamburg and published several scientific papers on the effects of various factors on the skin barrier and skin pH.
After numerous business trips to China and other Asian countries, we gained firsthand experience through direct contact with a wide range of cosmetic users, learning about numerous skin conditions and their causes, such as environmental pollution and the effects of questionable products. Upon our return, we collaborated with a broader network of experts from universities and dermatologists to address these issues. The resulting products were met with great enthusiasm and excitement in China.
Since lifestyle and a conscious diet play a crucial role not only in the application of cosmetics but also in overall well-being, we are also working intensively on nutritional concepts and formulations, including those focused on “inner beauty” as dietary supplements.
